How is a deep clean different from a move-in or move-out clean?
A deep clean adds detail for built-up grime, overlooked edges, or a longer gap between visits. Move-in or move-out cleaning is tailored for an empty home and the agreed handoff scope. Both are quoted based on the home and requested work.
How does booking and confirmation work?
Choose a preferred arrival window and complete payment at checkout. NeatNest then reviews service-area coverage and availability, and confirms the appointment by email. A requested window is not confirmed until that email arrives.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
NeatNest currently serves select Greater Boston and Middlesex County communities in our published service area. If your address is outside the list, contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we can help.
How should I prepare for my clean?
Please share accurate access details and let us know about pets, parking, or anything that may affect the visit. Clear personal items from areas you would like cleaned and secure valuables, medications, and fragile belongings before the confirmed window.
What is your payment, redo, and refund policy?
The amount due is shown at checkout before payment. If you are not satisfied, contact NeatNest within 48 hours to request a free redo. We offer the redo before considering a refund; refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.
Can I change, reschedule, or cancel a request?
